- Missing components
2. Damaged/Faulty Product
For dog stairs or ramps arriving damaged:

- We'll send replacement immediately
Note: Does not cover damage from misuse
3. Wrong Size/Doesn't Fit

- Email us within 30 days
- We'll provide return address
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund or exchange processed within 2 business days of receipt
